    Serving size oz. 

    Cooks in 7 minutes!

    Step 1

    Bring 4-5 quarts of water to a boil.

    Step 2

    Add noodles and boil 7 minutes
    or until tender, stirring occasionally.  

    Step 3

    Drain and rinse under cold water.

    Step 3

    Serve hot or cold.

    Wow

    Wow. That’s it, just wow! We have a family member with celiac and I’m always looking for delicious, gluten free noodles, which can be difficult to find. The search for soba noodles is over. These are delicious. I love them in white miso broth but they are lovely for any use. Stir while boiling to prevent sticking and rinse when cooked. Love these, they are a delicious way to get your serving of whole grains!
