Ingredients

  • 1ย lbย skirt or flank steak,ย thinly sliced
  • 1ย tbspย cornstarch
  • 1ย tbspย honey
  • ยผย cupย soy sauce,ย tamari, or coconut aminos
  • 1ย pkgย Lotus Foods Organic Buckwheat & Brown Soba Rice Noodles
  • 3ย cupsย broccoli floretsย (fresh or frozen)
  • 1ย tbspย sesame oil

Spicy Sesame Sauce

  • ยฝย cupย soy sauceย or coconut aminos
  • 1ย tbspย honey
  • 1ย tbspย lime zest
  • 2ย tbspย lime juice
  • 1ยฝย tbspย sesame oil
  • 1ย tbspย sriracha
  • 2ย Thai chilis,ย minced, or 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2ย tspย ginger,ย grated
  • 4ย garlic cloves,ย minced

Optional Toppings

  • green onionsย 
  • sesame seedsย 
  • cilantroย

    Slice steak and marinate in cornstarch, honey, and soy sauce.

    Cook noodles per directions on package.

    Steam broccoli florets.

    Whisk spicy sesame sauce ingredients.

    In a large frying pan or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat and stir-fry marinated beef, then add broccoli and noodles along with sesame sauce. Continue to cook until everything has combined.
