Our Organic Buckwheat & Brown Soba Rice Noodles combine organic buckwheat – the seed that gives such valued taste and nutrition – with organic whole grain brown rice to create a beloved yet gluten-free Japanese-style Soba noodle. With its rich and nutty taste, serve chilled with a dipping sauce, in a hot broth, or in any pasta or stir-fry.
Ingredients: Organic Brown Rice Flour, Organic Buckwheat Flour.

Serving size 2 oz.
Cooks in 7 minutes!
Bring 4-5 quarts of water to a boil.
Add noodles and boil 7 minutes
or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Drain and rinse under cold water.
Serve hot or cold.
