    Organic Traditional Pad Thai Rice Noodles

      Cook noodles according to directions on package. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.

      While noodles are cooking, heat sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.

      Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook sausages until browned and heated through (~5-7 mins). Remove from heat and set aside.

      To wrap each sausage, lay some noodles on a plate or chopping board and then place a sausage on top. Wrap noodles around the sausage to create a mummy effect, leaving a small gap at the top for the eyes. Repeat with all sausages. Place edible candy eyes in the gap at the top of each sausage to give them a spooky mummy look.

      Spoon the warm sauce onto plates or into a serving dish. Place the noodle-wrapped sausages on top of the sauce. Serve immediately.
