    Ingredients: Organic white rice flour.

    Serving size 2 oz. 

    Cooks in 7 minutes!

    Step 1

    Bring 4-5 quarts of water to a boil.

    Step 2

    Add noodles and boil 7 minutes
    or until tender, stirring occasionally.  

    Step 3

    Drain and rinse under cold water.

    Step 3

    Serve hot or cold.

    “New and improved formula” is inedible, incredibly disappointed

    I have been purchasing these noodles for the past few years as a staple in my pantry, I was willing to pay the higher price for this item compared to other rice noodles but so incredibly disappointed by their “new and improved formula”. Its inedible. Their previous formula used organic heirloom rice which is a higher quality more nutritious rice. It was smooth, chewy, and bouncy. This new formula uses organic white rice (which generally is ok in other rice noodles), but this one tastes like cardboard. It doesn’t hold the flavor of your sauces/soup, breaks easily, and has no flavor. I bought 10 packs to stock up and will be tossing it out. This new formula tastes like the company is taking short cuts by using lower quality ingredients. Its misleading to keep the same packaging. Please change it back to the previous formula.

    We made the change after receiving a number of complaints about the old noodles sticking together and having too much variability in texture from batch to batch. Our goal was to improve consistency by switching to a traditional Thai-style noodle made with just one ingredient: certified organic rice. That said, we understand this new version may not work for everyone, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

    I am so disappointed with the new formula

    I love your products and I was excited to try this "new and improved" version of my favorite noodles!
    I was so disappointed with how these turned out. They are spongey and do not hold the flavor of the sauce/ or oil that I use to dress them. I loved how the old version was so satisfyingly chewy and thick.
    I am so sad these were changed. I love all of the rice varieties that you offer particularly your special jade pearl rice. I am going to try your forbidden pad thai rice noodles in the hopes that it has some of the qualities that I'm missing from the "new and improved" traditional pad thai noodles.

The new version is made in Thailand using a traditional method with just one ingredient: certified organic rice.     Not new or improved

    I do not understand why you changed these. They used to be authentic rice noodles that added an amazing chewy texture to my soup. Now they are thin and fall apart. They have no structure to them and frankly they will not end up in my pantry anymore. Such a shame.

    We made some changes to the noodles based on customer feedback about texture and consistency, and the new version is now made in Thailand with a single ingredient: certified organic rice. While we can’t change back to the old recipe, we hope you’ll give the new noodles another try on us!
