Cook rice according to directions on package.

Meanwhile, warm coconut cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in a small pot until the sugar has melted. Do not overheat or boil.

When the rice has cooked, gradually add ½ cup of coconut cream mixture to the rice. Lightly toss to combine and cool. For a richer flavor, add an extra ¼ cup of the coconut cream mixture.

Make rice mounds using a mold or small bowl and place them on serving plates.

Place mango slices alongside the rice.

Garnish with sesame seeds and mint, as preferred. Serve the remaining coconut cream mixture on the side.
