Add rice, water, garlic, soy sauce, margarine, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper to an Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
Add broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, edamame, and corn.
Close lid and pressure cook for 2 mins on high pressure. When Instant Pot beeps, allow pressure to release naturally for 15 mins. Carefully open lid and stir to combine.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
