Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).

Combine rice and broth in a medium-sized pot. Bring to a boil, cover, lower heat to a simmer and cook for 8-9 mins, until rice is almost done.

Remove from heat and place rice in a medium-sized baking dish.

Add cream cheese, nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, black pepper, broccoli, cannellini beans, ยฝ cup of grated cheese, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine, then press down to pack firmly.

Sprinkle remaining 2 cups of grated cheese on top of casserole.

Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 mins, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and broccoli is tender.

Remove casserole from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
