  • 100gย oyster mushrooms
  • 100gย broccolini
  • 3ย piecesย garlic
  • 15gย ginger
  • 3ย sticks green onion
  • 1ยฝย tbspย soy sauce
  • 1ย tspย dark soy sauce
  • 1ย tspย toasted sesame oil
  • 1ย tbspย hoisin sauce
  • 115gย Lotus Foods Organic Brown Udon Rice Noodles
  • 3ย tbspย olive oil
  • 60gย bean sprouts
  • 1ย tbspย white sesame seeds

Organic Brown Udon Rice Noodles

    Bring a pot of water for the noodles to a boil.

    Peel down oyster mushrooms and chop broccolini into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop garlic, ginger, and green onion.

    Make sauce by combining soy sauces, toasted sesame oil, and hoisin sauce.

    Cook noodles for 5 mins, stirring occasionally to keep from sticking. Rinse and drain to get rid of excess starch.

    Heat a nonstick pan to medium heat. Add the olive oil and sautรฉ garlic and ginger for 15 seconds.

    Add broccolini and sautรฉ for ~1 min before adding mushrooms and sautรฉing for another minute.

    Add green onions, noodles, sauce, and bean sprouts. Sautรฉ for another couple of minutes.

    Plate noodles and sprinkle over some white sesame seeds.
