    Our Organic Brown Udon Rice Noodles are made gluten-free by replacing wheat with organic brown rice. These popular Japanese-style noodles are plump and toothsome with a mild nutty taste.
    These convenient, versatile noodles are fast-cooking and flavor-forward, perfect for any style of cooking whether it’s classic Asian stir-fries, soups, salads and spring rolls or gluten-free pasta favorites.

    Ingredients: Organic Brown Rice Flour, Organic White Rice Flour

    About 4 servings per container

    Serving size 2 oz(56g)

    Cooks in 10 minutes!

    Step 1

    Bring 4-5 quarts of water to a boil.

    Step 2

    Add noodles and boil 10 minutes
    or until tender, stirring occasionally.  

    Step 3

    Drain and rinse under cold water.

    Step 3

    Serve hot or cold.

      Love it!

      I have been gluten free for almost my whole life and have never quite found the right noodles to make lo mein with. These worked great and I enjoyed my very first proper lo mein today. Will definitely be buying again!

      Not quite udon but great organic thick vermicelli

      Not quite the thickness of true udon, but I love these in noodle soups (like vegan Bo bun hue).
