Cook noodles and broccolini in a large pot of boiling water for 5 mins. Rinse, drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium high heat, then add green onion, garlic, and red chili flakes and cook for 2-3 mins or until fragrant.

Toss in the cooked noodles and broccolini.

Add soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil, and mix until combined. Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
