		1Cook noodles and broccolini in a large pot of boiling water for 5 mins. Rinse, drain and set aside.

		2Heat olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium high heat, then add green onion, garlic, and red chili flakes and cook for 2-3 mins or until fragrant.

		3Toss in the cooked noodles and broccolini. 
- 
		4Add soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil, and mix until combined. Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
