    Our popular Traditional Pad Thai Rice Noodles are crafted from organic, heirloom white rice, giving them a lighter color and a milder flavor. These convenient, versatile noodles are perfect for making a more nutritious Asian-style dish, when you want the flavor of the sauce to be the star, or use them as a gluten-free replacement for pasta.

    Ingredients: Organic white rice flour.

    About 4 servings per container

    Serving size 2 oz. 

    Cooks in 7 minutes!

    Step 1

    Bring 4-5 quarts of water to a boil.

    Step 2

    Add noodles and boil 7 minutes
    or until tender, stirring occasionally.  

    Step 3

    Drain and rinse under cold water.

    Step 3

    Serve hot or cold.

    Best, authentic, organic, easy, & tasty ! best if you can cook at all and keep noodles apart in a pan full of water, ad a touch of sesame oil. if you can pay attention and cook whatsoever these are the best thing on the market, and certainly shouldn't be blamed if a person can't cook noodles in a pan of water. if there's any stickiness.. that's the case with real product.. real food. and you can choose whether to rinse off the excess afterwards or use it as part of your cooking ingredients. this is the best real thing out there ! I am a chef of over 30 years.. I've worked top five in San Francisco, top two in Seattle, & top 100 in the United States twice. I'm a private chef now.. I would take my word for it. I don't know about these other reviewers.. what their capabilities are.. and who they should be blaming because they can't make this perfect product work ?!

    SO sad about the "new and improved" formula. I want to echo what other reviewers have said and say that these noodles are complete garbage. If anyone has a stockpile of the old recipe, I will pay top dollar. I have purchased TONS of these noodles and I will no longer be a customer if this is not remedied.

    “New and improved formula” is inedible, incredibly disappointed

    I have been purchasing these noodles for the past few years as a staple in my pantry, I was willing to pay the higher price for this item compared to other rice noodles but so incredibly disappointed by their “new and improved formula”. Its inedible. Their previous formula used organic heirloom rice which is a higher quality more nutritious rice. It was smooth, chewy, and bouncy. This new formula uses organic white rice (which generally is ok in other rice noodles), but this one tastes like cardboard. It doesn’t hold the flavor of your sauces/soup, breaks easily, and has no flavor. I bought 10 packs to stock up and will be tossing it out. This new formula tastes like the company is taking short cuts by using lower quality ingredients. Its misleading to keep the same packaging. Please change it back to the previous formula.

    We made the change after receiving a number of complaints about the old noodles sticking together and having too much variability in texture from batch to batch. Our goal was to improve consistency by switching to a traditional Thai-style noodle made with just one ingredient: certified organic rice. That said, we understand this new version may not work for everyone, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
