    Sauté vegetables with salt, pepper, dash of olive oil separately, set them all aside.

    In a bowl add shrimp, garlic, red curry paste, salt & pepper.

    Add 1 tablespoon oil to sauté pan. Add shrimp and cook on each side until done.

    Remove soup packet from noodle soup cup, prepare noodles per package instructions.

    In a bowl, add cooked ramen, shrimp and vegetables. In a small pot add soup packet and one cup of water. Cook until boils. Pour hot soup on top of ramen, shrimp and vegetables.
