Ingredients

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp sesame paste
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1½ tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chinese black vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • ½ cup hot noodle water

Garnish

  • green onions, chopped
  • toasted sesame seeds

    Prepare noodles according to directions on package, reserving ½ cup hot noodle water. Drain noodles and set aside.

    In a medium bowl, combine sauce ingredients, then slowly add the hot noodle water 1 tbsp at a time until you reach your desired sauce consistency.

    Add noodles to the sauce and toss until coated. If the sauce is too clumpy, add more noodle water to thin it out.

    Garnish with green onion and toasted sesame seeds and enjoy!
