Ingredients

  • ½ tsp tamari
  • ½ tsp coconut sugar
  • ½ cup tempeh, cubed/cut into triangles
  • 1 Lotus Foods Red Miso Rice Ramen Noodle Soup
  • ½ cup carrot, peeled & ribboned
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • whole chili peppers, for garnish (optional)

    Red Miso Rice Ramen Noodle Soup

      Combine tamari and coconut sugar with tempeh and set aside.

      Prepare noodle soup according to directions on package.

      While noodles are steeping, add tempeh to a hot pan and fry until golden brown.

      Add noodle soup to a bowl.

      Top with carrot, pepper, tomatoes, and tempeh, and garnish with chili peppers, as preferred.
