Red Miso Rice Ramen Noodle Soup

    Remove ramen and soup packet from the soup cup before pouring boiling water up to fill line.

    Add peanut butter and whisk to dissolve.

    Add ramen, soup packet, sweet corn, and spinach, then cover and let sit for 5 mins.

    Transfer ramen soup to a bowl and top with seaweed strips. Serve immediately.
