  • ⅓ cup fresh cilantro
  • ½ cup sunflower seed butter
  • 1 tbsp each of: lime juice, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sriracha, honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp salt

Organic Traditional Pad Thai Rice Noodles

    Place noodles in a large bowl. Add boiling water until the noodles are submerged. Stir for 5-7 mins until thoroughly cooked. Drain and rinse with cold water. Chill in the refrigerator.

    Add dressing ingredients to a small bowl and stir until smooth and creamy. If thinning is needed, add water and/or more lime juice.

    Mix salad ingredients and cold noodles in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing. Toss until well-coated. Garnish with crumbled crackers and chopped cilantro.
