  • 1ย pkgย Lotus Foods Organic Brown Pad Thai Rice Noodles
  • ยฝย cupย peanut butter
  • 2ย tbspย soy sauce
  • 1-ย inchย fresh gingerย minced or grated
  • 1ย cloveย garlicย minced
  • 1ย tspย ground coriander
  • rice vinegarย to taste
  • 1ย tbspย hoisin
  • 1-2ย tbspย sriracha
  • juice of 1 lime
  • saltย to taste
  • crushed peanutsย to garnish (optional)

Organic Brown Pad Thai Rice Noodles

    Prepare noodles per directions on package.

    Combine all other ingredients in a bowl to make the peanut sauce. If the sauce is too thick, gradually add 2-3 tbsp water while stirring until you reach desired consistency.

    Divide cooked noodles between bowls, top with sauce and garnish with crushed peanuts.
