Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Lotus Foods Organic Brown Pad Thai Rice Noodles
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1- inch fresh ginger minced or grated
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • rice vinegar to taste
  • 1 tbsp hoisin
  • 1-2 tbsp sriracha
  • juice of 1 lemon or lime
  • salt to taste
  • crushed peanuts to garnish (optional)

Organic Brown Pad Thai Rice Noodles

    Prepare noodles per directions on package.

    Combine all other ingredients in a bowl to make the peanut sauce.

    Divide cooked noodles between bowls, top with sauce and garnish with crushed peanuts.
