    Heat oven to 400°F.

    Combine and toss butternut squash, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread over baking sheet and bake for 25 mins.

    Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles and peas according to directions on ramen soup package.

    Remove butternut squash from oven and add to blender with almond milk, cream cheese, and soup packet from ramen package. Blend until smooth.

    Combine strained noodles and peas with sauce.
