Prepare vegetables and set aside.

In a hot pan, drizzle a little olive oil and quick sear the baby bok choy, ~1 min per side, adding salt and pepper to taste. Once cooked, remove from pan and set aside.

Prepare the ramen soup according to directions on package then transfer to a serving bowl.

Top with baby bok choy, raw green beans, cauliflower, edamame and garnish with Thai basil leaves (optional).
