Ingredients

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic and/or freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce, tamari, or coconut aminos
  • 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2-3 tbsp water, to desired thickness

    Combine peanut butter, garlic and/or ginger, sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice in a bowl. Mix until smooth.

    Gradually add water while stirring until you reach your desired consistency (thicker for dipping, thinner for drizzling).
