Ingredients

  • ½ cup Lotus Foods Organic Brown Jasmine Rice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ yellow onion chopped
  •  cup shiitake, cremini or white button mushrooms chopped
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup peas
  • ½-1 tbsp tamari to taste
  • grated parmesan to taste

Organic Brown Jasmine Rice

    Cook rice per directions on package.

  • 2

    10 mins before rice is ready, heat oil in a pan on a high heat and sauté onions and mushrooms.

    When onions and mushrooms are cooked to preference, turn down heat to medium.

  • 4

    Add egg and scramble with onions and mushrooms.

  • 5

    Stir in rice and peas.

  • 6

    Season with tamari and parmesan to taste..
