  • ยฝย red bell pepper,ย diced
  • ยฝย tbspย brown sugar
  • 1ยฝย tbspย hoisin sauce
  • 1ย tbspย soy sauce or tamari
  • ยฝย tspย sriracha sauce
  • ยฝย tspย freshly grated ginger
  • 1ย cloveย minced garlic

  • scallions,ย chopped (optional)
  • sesame seedsย (optional)

Organic White Jasmine Rice Heat & Eat Pouch

    Add beef to a skillet and cook over a medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks (~8-10 mins). Drain excess fat.

    Return skillet to heat, add red pepper and cook for a few minutes, stirring often, until peppers are tender-crisp.

    Over a low heat, stir in sauce ingredients (sugar, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sriracha, ginger and garlic).

    Prepare rice per directions on package.

    Serve beef over the rice and garnish as preferred with chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
