I eat a bowl of it once a day ... and blood pressure is holding steady and low ... my diet has no bread or cake or flour product of any kind ... because the flour product causes my blood pressure issues ... so my diet consist of potatoes and yam in one meal and black rice in the other meal ... the black rice is combined with the California black long grain rice and black lentil and brown lintil and lamba beans and hot pepper ... plus a few other items ... this has been my diet for the past 6 months ...
