    Millet & Brown Rice Ramen noodles have a delicious nutty taste and are a good source of fiber and protein. Ready to eat in 8 minutes - perfect for a quick meal on the go! For a complete meal, add in your favorite protein and veggies.

    Ingredients: Ramen: *brown rice flour, *millet flour.
    Soup Pack: red miso powder (soybeans, rice, salt), tamari powder (soybeans, rice, salt), salt, onion powder, dried wakame seaweed, garlic powder, ginger powder, dried parsley, dried chili pepper, chili powder.

    Serving size 1/2 cup

    Cooks in 8 minutes!

    Step 1

    Place 2 cups of water in a pot and bring to a roaring boil. Add ramen and soup packet. Wait 6 minutes without stirring. Then stir the noodles continuously with tongs for 1-3 more minutes to help them separate fully. 

    Step 2

    Remove from heat when the noodles are just soft and serve.

    Chef Lu.) best product line I know and such integrity of a company to go this far to make sure we have a premium product. Quality and integrity. Flexibility of this product to create any dish that you would want or need with its wholesome base you can expand to do anything with. Millet flour happens to level blood sugar and I need that in my privatized diet and you sure make that a pleasureable experience. Wholesome integrity should become a byline or a second name for you guys and all you do, thank you so much ! Keep it all the same, people need to learn to cook and appreciate the people in their life including themselves. Show some love and eat well !

    After adding the ingredients to the pan the directions simply say "wait about six minutes ..." Does this mean keep the pot at a raging boil for 6 minutes without stirring or simmer for six minutes or turn off the heat and let stand for six minutes before turning to "boil another 2-3 minutes." Very ambiguous.

    Delicious Compromise

    I probably average 5 bricks of Lotus Food noodles a week and love them. If I did that with other brands I would be eating way too much salt and calories. So these are a great compromise as they're delicious and healthier.
    I've found using more water makes for better noodles but dilutes the broth so I often add a little extra seasoning such as ginger, garlic, onion powder, no salt chicken broth, soy sauce, gochujang or other.
