    Made with our Organic Jade Pearl Rice™ infused with wild-crafted bamboo extract, these beautiful ramen noodles contain chlorophyll and are paired with a white miso and seaweed broth.

    Jade Pearl Rice™ Ramen Noodles have a delicious light vanilla taste and enhanced nutritional value. Ready to eat in 8 minutes - perfect for a quick meal on the go! For a complete meal, add in your favorite protein and veggies.

    Ingredients: Ramen: *brown rice flour, *white rice flour, bamboo extract.
    Soup Pack: white miso powder (soybeans, rice, salt), soybeans powder, salt, onion powder, tamari powder (soybeans, rice, salt), dried Wakame seaweed, dried parsley.

    Serving size 1/2 cup

    Cooks in 8 minutes!

    Step 1

    Place 2 cups of water in a pot and bring to a roaring boil. Add ramen and soup packet. Wait 6 minutes without stirring. Then stir the noodles continuously with tongs for 1-3 more minutes to help them separate fully. 

    Step 2

    Remove from heat when the noodles are just soft and serve.

    So I just picked this up. I did not eat it as it was made. I added bok choy, carrots, Onions, ginger, a little better then bullion vegetable broth and some red curry paste.. it was pretty great and I enjoyed the heck out of it so much here I am writing this review. I'll prob buy a 10 pack or more.

    Follow up.....Hi Diana, thank you for contacting me. I threw it all out after finding bugs in with the ramen. I don't have the info you asked for. I appreciate you contacting me but after that experience I will not be buying anything from Lotus Foods in the future.

    Fly in the soup.

    So sad to find a fly like I’ve never seen before in my ramen soup. I loved this soup and so did my celiac son. A quick go-to is no longer. I regret to say I didn’t take a photo. If there’s a fly in there… maybe gluten protocols aren’t top notch either.

    GF and Good for the Stomach

    I was nervous to try miso at first. I thought it might be spicy, but I am glad to find out it wasn't. I have a sensitive stomach and I really like the miso. I find it calming for my stomach. Good flavor, too.
