Ingredients: Organic brown rice flour, spinach, mushrooms, carrots, salt, garlic slices, yeast extract, sugar, guar gum, garlic powder, pepper powder, Vitamin E as antioxidant.

MICROWAVE
- Completely remove lid and add soup packet.
- Pour room temperature water to inside fill line.
- Microwave for 2 minutes.
- Stir and microwave up to 30 more secs. if needed until noodles have softened.
- Stir well and enjoy! Microwave cook times may vary depending on oven wattage
BOILING WATER
- Remove lid halfway, empty soup packet into cup, add boiling water to fill-line inside cup.
- Re-cover and wait 3 minutes.
- Stir well and enjoy!
Caution: Product is very hot after heating. Handle with care to avoid spilling or burning yourself. Never microwave without water.

My husband and I both like these. They are so convenient and delicious and gluten free. We recently went on a trip and arrived at our hotel late at night and hungry. I had a couple of these with us so we just added hot water and filled our stomach with something healthy instead of junk food. I would note that they are not very salty. My husband adds a little extra salt to his. I think this is a good thing because it is always easy to add extra.

Flexibility is common sense. Please consider deletion of the one star review based on the admitted fact that the customer did not read the ingredient list and assumed any possible allergy could be predicted. This product addresses several known food allergies. Do your research or do it better and think before posting. Or pray that originators in this field, and others, are financially rewarded and thriving to inform full details and answer questions later, instead of being stalked, stolen from, and harrassed, so clarity is never lost. Thanks to the originators and supporters of this recipe and concept.

Unfortunately, I was so excited about this purchase that I failed to realize that mushrooms are one of the ingredients. Due to allergies, that’s a BIG no no for me! I gave my order away to a family member.
