    Cooks in 4 minutes!

    Step 1

    Add ramen cake(s) to boiling water. After one minute start separating noodles gently with a fork.
    Cook for 3-4 minutes or until noodles are just soft.

    Step 2

    Strain and rinse with cold water to avoid sticking.

    Millet & Brown Rice Ramen

    I was excited to purchase the four cake pack of the Millet and Brown Rice Ramen noodles. This is the only Ramen I have found to be compatible for me because it’s gluten-free. However, where are the seasoning packets?!?! If I had known that the single serving only contain the seasoning packet, I would have purchased that instead of the four pack. I purchased the Millet & Brown Rice Ramen noodles for convenience as a quick meal. I was quite disappointed. I think marketing should consider this aspect.

    Thanks for reaching out! Our 4-pack includes just the noodles—similar to buying pasta to use in your own favorite dishes—whereas our single-serving ramen and soup cups include the seasoning. The noodle-only format is meant to offer more versatility in the kitchen.

    Many of our customers enjoy ramen as a quick, easy, and delicious meal combined with miso paste (available at most health food stores). Others use it as a substitute for rice, serve it with a stir-fry, or add it into a favorite soup with their own broths, proteins, and veggies.

    Yum but takes more than 4 mins

    Love these noodles! They are so conveniently packaged and yummy. However, they consistently take more than 4 minutes to make. Like probably 7-8 mins. They should update the preparation instructions.

    We are so glad to hear that you enjoy our Organic Millet & Brown Rice Ramen! Based on similar consumer feedback, we have updated the instructions, and the new packaging should be hitting shelves soon! In the meantime, here are the updated instructions:

    1. Add ramen cake(s) to 2 quarts of boiling water.
    2. After 3 minutes, start separating noodles gently with a fork.
    3. Boil to preferred texture, another 4-7 minutes (cook times vary).
    4. Strain and rinse with cold water to avoid sticking.
