    Ingredients: Organic Black Rice flour, Organic Brown Rice flour, Organic White Rice flour

    Serving size 1/2 piece

    Cooks in 4 minutes!

    Step 1

    Add ramen cake(s) to boiling water. After one minute start separating noodles gently with a fork.
    Cook for 3-4 minutes or until noodles are just soft.

    Step 2

    Strain and rinse with cold water to avoid sticking.

      My new favorite

      Of course everything I’ve ordered and eaten from Lotus has been incredible, but this is my favorite for the texture and flavor.

      So good!

      I have a wheat allergy, but love good noodles. Organic Forbidden Rice Ramen is the perfect solution for me. Satisfying flavor, and easy to prepare. My all-time favorite ramen.
