      Gooey and sticky

These turned into a single clump of sticky rice flour when I added boiling water. I won't buy again

      Dear Anna,

We are so sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our Pho Rice Noodles! Our tip for cooking our noodles is to use a shallow bowl big enough to spread the noodles out, pour boiled water on top of them, and then cover them. After about 1-1/2 minutes, use a fork to make sure the noodles are separate, and then quickly cover again for another 1-1/2 minutes or until they are done to your liking. The next step, drain the water. You can also, at this point, stop further cooking the noodles by rinsing them in cold water as you drain.

We will follow up with you via email shortly!

      Favorites!

These are our favorites. We use two forks to separate them while boiling, and they don't clump. We have also tried quick frying them in oil for crispy noodles. These are absolutely delicious.

It is light and perfect for rice replacement and soups.

Super easy to prepare drop noodles in boiled water to soften, rinse and add to dish or soup. Love it.

      Great noodles!

Fantastic flavor. I recommend soaking them lengthwise as they can clump if you try to stir them. Super yummy!
