•  cup trimmed and chopped green beans
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 1 Lotus Foods Tom Yum Rice Ramen Noodle Soup Cups
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced heirloom tomatoes
  •  cup thinly sliced red and/or yellow bell pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh Thai basil or basil
  • 2-3 slices of fresh red chili pepper optional

    Steam the green beans in a steaming basket over boiling water until tender (~5-7 minutes). Drain, season with salt and set aside.

    Cook your Tom Yum Rice Ramen Noodle Soup Cup according to package directions.

    Transfer the noodle soup to a large bowl and add green beans, heirloom tomatoes, bell pepper, basil and red chili pepper (if using).
