  • ยผย cupย heirloom tomatoes,ย thinly sliced
  • โ…“ย cupย red and/or yellow bell pepper,ย thinly slicedย 
  • ยผย cupย fresh Thai basil or basil
  • 2-3ย slicesย of fresh red chili pepperย (optional)

Tom Yum Rice Ramen Noodle Soup

    Steam green beans in a steaming basket over boiling water until tender (~5-7 mins). Drain, season with salt, and set aside.

    Meanwhile, prepare ramen noodle soup according to directions on package.

    Transfer noodle soup to a large bowl and add green beans, tomatoes, bell pepper, basil, and red chili pepper (if using).
