		1Break noodles in half so they fit easily into a 32 oz heatproof jar with a tight lid, such as a mason jar. Set them aside.

		2Add soy sauce and Chinese five-spice to bottom of jar. If using sriracha, fish sauce, or lime juice, add them to the jar. Whisk until mixture is uniform.

		3Layer remaining ingredients (except broth) on top of the sauce mixture. If not serving immediately, seal the jar tightly and store in fridge for up to 3 days. When ready to eat, remove jar from fridge and allow to come to room temperature.

		4To serve, carefully pour hot broth into jar. Stir gently, being mindful the jar will be hot, then cover with lid. Let sit for ~10 mins to allow noodles to cook and flavors to meld together. 
- 
		5Stir again before eating.
