Cook noodles according to directions on package. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir/whisk together the dressing ingredients until the sugar is dissolved. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the noodles, mango/papaya, tomatoes, green beans, peanuts and cilantro. Pour the dressing over the noodle salad and toss to combine.
