In a medium bowl soak rice and dates in hot water for 2 hours. Strain and drain; discard water.
Add all ingredients including recently soaked rice and dates into a blender and blend for 2-3 mins or until dates look pulverized.
Use a nut milk bag or cheesecloth to strain liquid into bowl. Discard pulverized ingredients.
Stir or shake before drinking. Best served with ice. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
