		1Microwave chocolate in 30-second intervals until melted.

		2Blend cooked rice, hot milk, vanilla, and melted chocolate in a blender to achieve a smooth, velvety, mousse-like texture - ~2-3 mins with a high-speed blender - scraping down the sides as needed.

		3Refrigerate for 2 hours until just set.

		4Add a dollop of whipped cream, berries, and a sprinkle of chopped chocolate. Serve immediately.
